Our facility is exclusively available for rental purposes that are Educational, Cultural, or Devotional.

Cleaning charges for North location is $400 and South location is $100

1. Booking is completed only when payment is received
2. ⁠Rental Booking costs, once booked is non-refundable.
3. A minimum of 14-working day notice is required to cancel professional services or add-on services request. After which professional service charges or add-on service charges cannot be refunded.
4. ⁠Deposit fee can be refunded if the property has no damages, caused by user or its guests. In addition to this, leave the property in a clean condition and trash removed.
5. Refundable Booking Deposit of $400 is due at the time of booking- payable via physical check.
