COURSE DESCRIPTION

Those who regularly practice and adapt to the lifestyle of Yoga will develop a sound mind and a healthy body. One will be unruffled in any critical life situation and can work without stress or strain. The work efficiency of a person who practices Yoga automatically multiplies manifolds.     Yoga Teachers

    Agila is an early childhood educationist by profession and got introduced into Yoga in 2007 through Isha Foundation. She has been practicing yoga since then and started more rigorous practice starting in 2019. To enhance her knowledge and to share her experience with others, she completed her Yoga Teachers training course .
