STEAM integrates Arts, innovation, and design into STEM education. It is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
Hands-on STEAM incorporates project-based learning, an instructional methodology that encourages students to learn and apply knowledge through an engaging experience. This class is student-centered, where the student works more independently and the teacher supports them when needed. During the semester, students will explore a variety of concepts, engage in inquiry, experiment with it, apply it in a real-world challenge, get creative, design solutions, and build projects/products using things commonly available around them.
Enroll in this hands-on, innovative class and take part in a unique, challenging learning experience. Our qualified and skilled teachers serve as facilitators in the course, guiding students through exploration and knowledge application.
This Fall students will learn Scratch Jr / Scratch Programming.
